During our peak season, we generally have a 7-day minimum stay policy. The low season offers greater flexibility with a minimum stay of just 4 or 5 nights. Additionally, Casa Mana is a sought-after venue for photo and video shoots. For bookings of this nature, please get in touch with us directly.
Please note that we do not host large events like weddings, and we also do not accommodate organized retreats.

To secure your stay at Casa Mana, we kindly ask for a 25% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining 75% balance is due 45 days before arrival.
If you need to cancel 45 days or more before your stay, we’ll be happy to refund 50% of your deposit. For cancellations made closer to the arrival date, payments are non-refundable. A €1,000 security deposit will be held on your card on the day of arrival and released within two days after departure..
Check-in is available from 16:00, and check-out is by 10:00.
To ensure everyone’s comfort, smoking is not permitted inside the villa, and to maintain the peaceful atmosphere, parties are not allowed.
On arrival, you'll be greeted with a complimentary welcome pack including essentials like milk, bread, fruit, olives, biscuits, and water—just a few things to help you settle in.
Our gardener visits once a week, and from spring through autumn, the pool cleaner comes by twice weekly. Our property manager will let you know when to expect them.
Final cleaning is included in your stay. For stays of one week or longer, we provide a light midweek cleaning, and for multi-week stays, a weekly full cleaning and linen change is included.
All beds will be made up for your arrival, and we’ll provide bathroom, pool, and beach towels for your comfort. If you’d like a midweek linen change, we’re happy to arrange it for a small additional fee.
